Et pourtant, les blocages persistent, les tensions reviennent, la collaboration reste fragile.<br>Pourquoi ? Parce qu\u2019on prend souvent les choses \u00e0 l\u2019envers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inverser le paradigme : partir du <em>pourquoi<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Trop souvent, la gestion de projet, le management ou la conduite du changement sont abord\u00e9s en avec un focus<strong> outils<\/strong> et <strong>m\u00e9thodes<\/strong>. Et seulement ensuite, <strong>le sens<\/strong>, la finalit\u00e9, les relations humaines. Chez <strong>Seastemic<\/strong>, je pr\u00f4ne l\u2019inverse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon point de d\u00e9part, ce sont <strong>les liens<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quels sont les enjeux r\u00e9els du projet ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qui sont les acteurs en pr\u00e9sence ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comment interagissent-ils ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelles sont leurs intentions, leurs besoins, leurs attentes ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est en partant de cette compr\u00e9hension syst\u00e9mique et des dynamiques relationnelles que l\u2019on peut b\u00e2tir des comp\u00e9tences vraiment utiles, <strong>ancr\u00e9es dans le r\u00e9el<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 trois dimensions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les formations de Seastemic ne se contentent pas de transmettre des connaissances techniques. Elles visent le d\u00e9veloppement de <strong>trois dimensions fondamentales<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Savoir<\/strong> : comprendre les concepts, les fondamentaux<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Savoir-faire<\/strong> : appliquer de fa\u00e7on adapt\u00e9e et efficace<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Savoir-\u00eatre<\/strong> : adopter la bonne posture, interagir avec pertinence et agilit\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tout, <strong>dans un <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">contexte<\/span> donn\u00e9<\/strong>, car il n\u2019existe pas de solution universelle. Il y a des m\u00e9thodes (<em>Intelligence collective<\/em>, <em>Scrum, Kanban, Lean\u2026<\/em>), des outils (<em>digitaux ou non<\/em>), mais ils ne sont efficaces que si on comprend quand, comment et pourquoi les utiliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une p\u00e9dagogie pragmatique et ancr\u00e9e dans le terrain<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Fort de 15 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en entreprise \u2013 comme directeur de projet, directeur des op\u00e9rations, puis formateur et consultant \u2013, j\u2019ai accompagn\u00e9 de nombreux clients, managers et \u00e9quipes dans des environnements tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9s. Ce que j\u2019en retire, c\u2019est une conviction forte : <strong>il n\u2019y a pas de transformation sans appropriation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi mes formations sont :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Exp\u00e9rientielles<\/strong> : on apprend en faisant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contextualis\u00e9es<\/strong> : chaque cas, chaque groupe est unique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Collaboratives<\/strong> : l\u2019intelligence collective est au c\u0153ur de ma p\u00e9dagogie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Engageantes<\/strong> : on travaille sur du concret, avec des mises en situation, du feedback, des r\u00e9flexions de fond, des cas concret li\u00e9s \u00e0 vos projets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas juste d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 utiliser un logiciel de gestion de projet, Excel, ChatGPT ou tout autre LLM. C\u2019est de <strong>prendre du recul, gagner en autonomie<\/strong>, mieux collaborer, mieux d\u00e9cider et, finalement, mieux vivre son travail. Ensuite les outils ne font que nous aider \u00e0 magnifier notre pertinence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vers un d\u00e9veloppement professionnel soutenable<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Chez Seastemic, je parle donc de <strong>d\u00e9veloppement professionnel<\/strong> au sens fort : apprendre \u00e0 se situer, \u00e0 \u00e9voluer, \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 la complexit\u00e9 (Cum-Plexus : Tiss\u00e9 Ensemble) avec lucidit\u00e9 et efficacit\u00e9.
